// HAVE FUN!
Most Important. That's what efedding is for right? Before you take the time to read the few rules Ive decided to lay down - morely for convenience sake - I have a few things to make clear. This "federation" is being run for fun. As it stands, it's small time, for those who are looking for a little something on the side, want to start getting into roleplaying and such. The staff behind All State Pro are doing this out of there own free time, therefor nothing is going to be "strict" or serious. If something doesn't happen, there's probably going to be a perfect explanation. Noone is going to go out of their way to get something done. Were are not looking for this to be the best e-fed in the world (Though we wouldn't mind it Razz ) and so, things will be taken very casually and well, alot of the rules to follow, may easily be bent. Just follow these rules and you will do fine.

// SUPERSTAR SELECTION
The only superstars we accept here at 'All State Pro' are created wrestlers and even then. Ive been in far too many federations where real superstars are used and unless it was a very well run 'fed, with mature enough roleplayers, I'de often see nothing but arguing and such. Mostly to the fact, people accusing others of not running character properly, doing things in roleplays that these superstars wouldn't do. Therefor, only created superstars are welcome here.

We are not going to accept "stupid" or "mindless" characters, for example, Batman or Bananaman. Also, we do not allow "real" people to be involved, so no George Bush', Rihanna's or Beckham's.

You can select any picture base you want, any theme music you want but try and be as original as possible. Again, nothing like 'The Stone' who's finisher is.. 'The Brick Bottom' or whatnot. Blatant rip's will not be accepted.

// MATCHES
POSTING: All roleplays must be posted on the board. Links to external hosting websites will be allowd.

NO SHOWING: If you know you cannot show for a match, please inform an Admin or your GM as soon as your know BEFORE the roleplay deadline expires. We have the right to delete any no show, though sometimes second chances are given and no showers will be placed into a Dark Match on the following card. If you have a Championship and no show a match we have the right to strip you of the Title.

REMATCHES: Contrary to popular belief, you are NOT entitled to a rematch for anything whatsoever including Championship Matches and Contender Matches. Whether you are granted one or not is solely at the discression and decision of the GM.

LATE ROLEPLAYS: Deadlines are deadlines. There's no other way of putting it. There will be planty of time between shows to atleast allow one roleplay. Pardons might be given in only the most extreme of cases.

LIMITS: We do not carry maximum word limits, however, minimums there are. With regular matches, a minimum of 500 words must be posted. In case of championship matches, 1000. The reason for not carrying maximum limits is, because If you've put the time and effort in to roleplaying and churned out something rather special, then your deserving of something, if nobody else can do so, then that's why we have champions. It's the best roleplayer who wins, no equal chances.. you think you've got it? Then give it.

PERMISSIONS: You may not use other characters in your roleplay (excluding commentators, interviewers etc.) without permission from the appropriate handler. If you wish to use a Superstar that is not signed to the fed, you are free to, but remember they must be used well in character and have some purpose.

LOSING: If you lose a match and are uphappy about the decision, do not moan about it, creating stupid conspiracy stories. Kindly send a PM to your GM and they will be happy to explain to you why you didn't win. If you continue to moan we will warn you and where necessary suspend or ban you.

// ROLEPLAY CONTENT
Roleplays may not contain sexual, highly offensive or overly violent scenes. They must also not be littered with profanity (swearing). We advise that the scenes in your match roleplays are relevent. Be creative and build a story by all means, but "random" and "meaningless" scenes are frowned upon. Also be sure to colour and code your roleplays, makes it alot easier to read.

GENERAL ROLEPLAYS: Please be courteous and do not "gate crash" roleplays that have a "TBC By So and So" tag unless you are the expected person to respond. Please also be aware, if you are listed as on Leave of Absence you may not be posting general roleplays or locker rooms, unless you have declared your LOA has ended but you are simply waiting for you grouping to be changed.

// STORYLINES
You are strongly encouraged to exchange PMs with your GMs to develop a storyline for your Superstar. You can also do this through general roleplays and locker rooms. Failure to engage means the GM will put you where he/she sees fit. Understand that the GM has the final say on any storyline creation and progression.

// DROPPING TITLES
We frown upon it. Try and avoid it.

// ADDITIONAL CHARACTERS
The maximum is TWO. However, we suggest you only take one character and concentrate on them to make them successful. If we feel your match roleplays of your original character are weak, we may deny a second character. Additionally, if you have multiple characters and we feel you are struggling (no showing, weak roleplays etc) we have the right to take characters away.

// CHANGING PIC BASES/THEME MUSIC
Changing your superstars picture base is frowned upon, try and avoid it. Theme Music can be changed, though that does not mean a new theme every 2/3shows. Simple ask.

// FACTIONS & ALLIANCES
Factions may not exceed 6 members (excluding non wrestling managers). Please also be aware that even though your faction may initially form in a general roleplays, they MUST formally form during a show results to be accepted properly. Contact your GM about this. The same principle goes for adding a new member or the dissolution of the faction. Please note that we have the right to deny factions such as nWo, DX, Evolution etc from forming. Try and be original.

// OUT OF CHARACTER POSTING
You may not post pornographic, violent or otherwise illegal or highly offensive material. You are expected to treat other members, staff and guests with appropriate respect. We do not tolerate OOC wars or discrimination of any kind. If you are found bullying or discriminating against someone, we shall ban or suspend you and where appropriate shall give your details to the police.

// ADVERTISING
Just don't do it. All of our members and staff work extremely hard to build and maintain the fed you see before you today. If you are found to be advertising to our efed community (including through MSN or other messengers) you will immeditalely be banned.

PLEASE NOTE; The rules are subject to change at any time without warning and it is the responsibility of each roleplayer to read the thread regularly to be as informed as possible. The rules are also at the discression of the admin team which basically means in some circumstances, they can be overruled. For example, an admin may grant an early character change before the specified required time stated above. The factors that would go into these kind of decisions would depend on the roleplayer in question such as their time with the efed, no show record, storyline status (if applicable) and general respect and attitude to the staff and members. Another example could be a theme music change to coincide with an alignment change but is not near an official change time. These examples are by no means a definitive list but just examples on what kind of situations discressions may be used on. This note does not mean an admin has to grant discression if a roleplayer meets these specifications and they will be decided on a case-by-case basis, not compared to others.
